Zach Brown
Founder & Fund Manager
Zach Brown is the driving force behind New Reign Capital, bringing a decade of industry experience and a proven track record of private equity investing. After an award-winning college baseball career, he built his foundation in business by starting and selling multiple companies before formalizing his investment approach.
Over the past decade, Zach has built and led high-performing teams, navigated complex business landscapes, and delivered standout results for investors and portfolio companies alike. His experience spans insurance services, sports ventures, and essential business infrastructure.
In 2018, Zach formalized his vision with the Ecosystem Theory: a strategy that interconnects complementary businesses across multiple industries to amplify growth and efficiency. Through this lens, he founded New Reign Capital and has successfully deployed over $50 million in capital across strategic investments spanning insurance, sports, and essential services.

Josh Diggs
Co-Founder & COO
Josh Diggs is a Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer at New Reign Capital. He brings over a decade of hands-on experience in private equity operations, business integration, and portfolio management. Josh has honed his expertise in operational excellence, risk analysis, and value creation, skills he now leverages to optimize and scale each portfolio company.
Josh designed and leads our integration framework, ensuring that each acquisition aligns seamlessly with our multi-industry ecosystem strategy. He oversees end-to-end deal execution and post-close operations, implementing KPI dashboards, performance benchmarks, and continuous-improvement initiatives that drive synergies and unlock value across our portfolio.
In collaboration with Zach Brown, Josh plays a pivotal role in investor engagement, crafting data-driven updates, guiding due diligence discussions, and translating complex operational metrics into clear, investor-ready narratives.
